B400 K Series Wire Basket Spool

This coil is made of drawn steel wire with a diameter of 6mm for the ring and with sectors with a diameter of 5mm. Geometries and tolerances allow a capacity of up to 18-20 kg of aluminium wire, it is supplied painted and can be customised according to the customer's needs. These coils allow medium/high winding speeds and are built for random and coil-to-coil winding. The paint coating has a very good adhesion and is resistant to wear and tear. It meets the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 544:2018 standard, table 4. It complies with high environmental standards, thanks to the materials and processing methods used, it is 100% recyclable, minimising disposal costs.
